A Small Break works more for you

We often have very busy schedule at our day to day life..we always busy around Home,office, extra stuffs which make us far away from ourselves..we forget that even we are breathing and that's really strange but true..Then one day when you retire from your office then you realize about what fun you have missed with friends,what tiny moments you may had enjoyed with your family if you have taken small breaks frequently.

I am sharing you my experience to understand this.Recently i had a small trip to Bombay with my family.It was a wedding of my husbund's childhood friend and it was tremendous. Its a 24 hours journey which including travelling,enjoying functions and visit a new place.This experience give me a new energy and a lil break to my mind to think and this does a  lil difference to my routine life.
So it actually works as a delicious food for your mind and it feels healthy and happy.
I  suggest to take a tiny miny break ; This all affects our mind,mood and our health..this all are a very common things but it's true..
So the small break are required to make entry in our life which makes us fresh again..

Take some leaves go on the nearby or far away places which ever suits you and enjoy Ur life..
whether it is for a day,two days or even for a half day but just do it.. Go on some places enjoy every moment,observe small small things,play some childhood games,listen some music ,enjoy  this freshness and recharge again.. Just have fun:)

We always see the successful people;we notice their success when they celebrate it or when they become a breaking news.

We start searching about their lives,their successful stories to think that what is the difference which make them successful and not to us.

The difference is they live their dreams.

I know this lines are very common and quite boring  to read because every one says that but nobody fully admires it.People keep giving examples but even thy never follow it.

Actually its not an easy task to follow.Because when you just start to follow your dreams ;Obstacles are on the way to make you back steps!!!

But when you keep calm and start making the steps to fulfill what you have imagined,life will give you the signs to move ahead slowly and gradually!!Even if you are in problem,you can see the way to solution automatically!

No feeling in this world makes you happy from inside rather then to see fulfilling your dream and living it for years!!

Positive Thoughts

In life we all have faced that difficult time,that hard situations where we always wanted a motivation to face it.There are many situations where we have taken some certain decisions what we think  are best for that but couldn't make yourself happy.

New Year Resolution

As the end of December comes,New year wishes & quotes will start coming in our smart phones.We also start forwarding it to others.

As the last day of December  arrives we start discussing about New Year resolutions.We have many options for that as for example ;To start diet,To learn new things such as singing,dancing ,cooking ,To explore new things etc..But how many of us will be succeed fulfilling any of above at the end of year.And then next year this promise to complete resolutions comes again..

But had we ever think that which is the best resolution for our selves?Well the answer is "Make Yourself  Happy First".Do the things which feels you great insight.Whether it will be some crazy things,Some big laughs, to do some stupid things ;anything that makes you feel happy insight.We always wish the new year and Celebrate it;welcome it just for that reason only that this new year gives you happiness,health ,wealth etc.But for that we need to start it by our self first.
